On Saturday 21 September Paul van Dyk will perform as part of the Peace One Day celebrations, which in 2013 are taking place in The Hague to mark 100 years since the building of the Peace Palace, home to several international judicial institutions.

His performance will form part of a 24 hour global broadcast on Youtube which will also feature appearances by Natasha Bedingfield, Brazilian Carlinhos Brown, Spaniard Miguel Bose and BRIT award nominated band The Feeling.

The broadcast will include contributions by Sir Michael Caine, Richard E Grant, Martin Freeman, Forest Whitaker and Peace One Day ambassador actor Jude Law.

“Peace One Day shows get better and better year on year,” says Law.

“To be invited to The Hague to mark the centenary of the Peace Palace is a very special moment. We are grateful for all the support we are receiving from the city. The concert on 21 September will be an opportunity to highlight some of the extraordinary activities taking place on Peace Day around the world.”

The non-profit organisation Peace One Day works to create a day each year of global ceasefire and non-violence.
