On 23 February 2014, rave label Suburban Base will be re-releasing its entire back catalogue including tracks by Qbass, Johnny Jungle and Dream Team.
Since the label closed down in 1997 these tunes have only existed in vinyl format but will now be available to download via iTunes.
The label is also releasing a new album called Suburban Base Records – the history of hardcore, jungle and drum & bass 1991-1997.
Across 3 discs the album will take a chronological musical journey starting with rave, moving to jungle and ending with drum & bass.
CD1 includes tracks by Kromozone, Run Tings and Smart Es. CD2 features DJ Hype, D’Cruze and Boogie Tribes Time and CD3 has the likes of The Dream Team, Basic Movements and Remarc.
The album will be made available digitally and as a dj mixed CD featuring the original graffiti artwork by designer Dave Nodz.
