Dave Pearce and Ben Hennessy’s So Damn Beautiful is to receive a full official release.
The track was a huge success for Polaroid in 2003 but has been given a harder edge in a new rework.
The tune is the debut release from Brighted-based Delirium Records and has received support from Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, Paul Oakenfold, Judge Jules, Ferry Corsten and Above & Beyond.
“This was always one of my favourite tracks,” says Pearce.
“I nearly signed the original to my NuLife label so to be able to bring it back to life in a new style is amazing. It has taken some time but I’m pleased we have been able to secure an official release so we can get this out to other djs and clubbers and let them share it.”
Pearce presented Dance Anthems on BBC Radio 1 for thirteen years and has sold over 1m compilation albums. He has held residencies in Ibiza, Mallorca and London as well as playing many of the most well-known clubs and festivals around the world.
Ben Hennessy is a promising new talent who has already worked with the likes of Judge Jules, Jan Johnston and Molly Bancroft.
The pair first worked together on a track called Ictus which was released on Black Hole Recordings in 2014 and featured on the Cool Cuts chart.
Dave Pearce & Ben Hennessy – So Damn Beautiful will be available exclusively on Beatport from 7 September 2015 and all other reputable download stores (including iTunes) from 21 September.
