I have realised I need to clarify some issues about this website.
TheEDMblog is an independent blog written by me (Dan Slipper). I am not paid and no one pays to have any content featured.
I am lucky enough to be sent promos by various record labels and I consider this to be a huge privilege. If I promote a track on the blog it is because I think other people will enjoy listening to it – a notion which informs all the content featured.
If I am sent a ‘freebie’, given tickets or put on a guest list I will make this clear in any blog post so readers are aware of the context.
This blog is and always will be a celebration of music, artists and events of interest to dance music fans.
Thanks for reading.
